Hôtel réservé et intégralement payé sur Trip mais surprise : lors de votre arrivé vous devez payer des frais supplémentaires obligatoires, en plus de la taxe de séjour, pour un total de 29€/jour correspondant aux “services” (forfait comprenant carte pour accéder à la chambre, nettoyage de celle-ci, serviettes pour la piscine…) donc une addition supplémentaire de 203€ à payer dès l’arrivé sur les 1490€ pour deux, petit déjeuner uniquement, deja payé.
Vous n’avez pas le droit d’aller dans la piscine sans bonnet de bain. Le petit déjeuner n’est pas terrible. Pas de petites supérettes aux alentours. Il faut se rendre à Monopoli pour cela (le mieux est de louer une voiture pour la semaine de toute façon afin de pouvoir visiter la région). Autant certains membres du personnel sont très sympathiques, autant d’autres vous répondent à peine.. (salle petit déjeuner)
Dans l’ensemble, nous avons connu beaucoup mieux pour moins cher. Point positif de l’hôtel : les chambres sont correctes.
Un grand merci à Trips.com pour leur suivie durant notre séjour et leur professionnalisme car les frais à payer en plus du prix déjà payé ne sont mentionnés nul part lorsque vous réservez sur internet peu importe le site.

Ein sehr schönes 3 (nicht 4) Sterne Hotel. Die Zimmer relativ einfach gehalten, wie auch das Frühstück aber sehr nette Menschen und ein toller Ausgangspunkt zur Erkundung der Umgebung.

Stunning resort, the kids club is outstanding and the evening shows are really good. Food is incredibile.
The room was very clean when we arrived but the daily clean was not good at all. Floor were mopped but not vacuumed which was quite disgusting with hairs and dust left sticking down. Bedding not changed once in a week and toilet and sink not cleaned! Probably overstretched cleaning team doing way too much. The lifeguard on the big pool could use some mannners! As the lady manager at the beach bar.
All in all we would go back but such a shame this could be the perfect place.

Nice but not worth the money
We stayed here for 1 night. What was good
- rooms were clean and spacious
- pool areas were large
- kids area was good
Here is what was not so good
- check in at 5pm is the latest of any hotel I have stayed in and it took ages to get my keys despite there being 3 people on reception
- they charge you EUR 30 per night on top of the room rate for the ‘use of the facilities’ which is ridiculous
- the WiFi was down at night in all areas other than reception

Awful reception staff and no air con in 40 degrees
Rude, pouty lipped, ignorant receptionist.
30 mins to check in, no restaurant open and was 9 pm after flight delay.

This is a really nice resort that is customer focused! I loved that it had inclusive food options and lots to do for kids! Great place for families or couples.
The food at all the meals was very good and felt like restaurant quality.
Rooms were clean and inviting
Staff were very focused on our comfort and the experience. Very good with us and our kids
Some areas of opportunities - outside the rooms could be cleaner with leaves and pine needles to be removed. This would make the rooms cleaner as things wouldn’t come in. I would have appreciated the room being cleaned daily, which was not done. Just beds made and new linens.

A lovely relaxing place by the sea! A short walk to a beach. Very accessible to other activities and to Monopoli. Perfect stay!
